Product Returns and Fine Print

DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)  email:

Information to Include in your RMA email request:

  • Your invoice/order number
  • Your contact information (name, email & phone#)
  • Part Number(s) along with quantity(s) 
  • The reason you are returning the product.
  • ALL returns must be in New condition, without any indication of Use or Damage.    

Product(s) that qualify for return will be issued an RMA#.  The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outer shipping box only. (Do not write on the Spaun product packaging)  RETURNS ARE VERIFIED FOR AN RMA# upon arrival at our facility. Any package arriving without an RMA# will be refused and returned to you.  RMA's must be received by VividClearSolutions within fifteen (15) business days after an RMA# is issued. Any packages referencing an expired RMA# will be refused by VividClearSolutions and returned to you. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected by our returns department. **Refunds are not issued at time of issuance of the RMA number. 

*Please allow 5 days after we receive your return for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 


  • Returns must be in New condition, without any indication of Use or Damage
  • All items must be returned in their original Spaun product boxes including all accessories, parts, and instruction manuals or a restocking fee up to 20% may be assessed.
  • Items CAN NOT be returned without the original Spaun packaging box. Sorry!
  • All Spaun product boxes MUST be repacked into an outer shipping box with the RMA# written on shipping box ONLY! DO NOT write on the Spaun product packaging.
  • Return Period for Stocked Items Only  - 15-days after purchase.
  • Return Period for Special Orders Items - NO RETURN
  • It is recommended that you ship your RMA via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail (for tracking number purposes) Insurance is also  recommended. In the event a refund has not been issued, you must be able to provide a tracking number with a proof of delivery for any returned items.
  • VividClearSolutions is not responsible for packages lost by your return carrier. Lost Claims are your responsibility.
  • VividClearSolutions is not responsible for damage caused by your return carrier. Damage Claims are your responsibility.
  • Please allow five business days after we receive your return for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.


    You will be responsible and your credit card will be charged for all costs associated with the shipping of any order if your order is refused or redirected and returned to VividClearSolutions. Reasons including but not limited to: incorrect shipping address provided, insufficient shipping address provided, no such address or unknown shipping address provided, or recipient has moved or changed mind.
